Affordable Housing
I have concerns about the lack of affordable housing in our city, I have listed some things I would do to create affordable housing.
Traffic and Traffic Alternatives
The Traffic in Santa Cruz is a problem for all of us and I believe that with appropriate road changes we can alleviate some of the gridlock in our City.
Water Energy and Environment
A city wide program of conservation while developing long term strategies that keeps sustainability a priority.The City needs to take the lead on these types of projects in order to create a healthy environment for its residents.
