Position Papers
Restoring Constitutional Rights and Protections to Novato Citizens
The incumbent city council has made it their policy to shove Sacramento mandates down the throats of Novato citizens. We must remind them that they derive their power to govern from the people, the people are not their subjects
Legal Citizens have become Second Class Citizens
The California legislature and governor have enacted their own Amnesty bill, so that illegal aliens have more rights and pay no taxes.
Equal enforcement of the laws and building codes
In treating Novato like a sanctuary city, the city and police chief have refused to enforce laws against illegal aliens, which laws and ordinances are enforced against citizens
