In treating Novato like a sanctuary city, the city and police chief have refused to enforce laws against illegal aliens, which laws and ordinances are enforced against citizens

19. Immediately remove graffiti

18. Incarcerate parole violators and hold for hearing

17. Code Enforcement, strictly enforce housing violations,

back yard tent cities, and garage roach motels

16. Cooperate with USDOJ, ICE, Homeland Security to deport illegals

15. Insure that ICE picks up all illegal alien convicts released

14. Ensure that Novato Police officers take meal breaks at all

restaurants throughout Novato to show presence,
target known illegal alien hangouts

13. Establish rolling checkpoints for vehicle/driver violations

12. Use Vehicle Code section 14602.6 to impound vehicles driven by persons who drive without ever having been issued a driver license.

11. Impound and auction vehicles whenever permitted,

Strictly enforce driver licensing, registration, insurance, on traffic

10. Cross reference all public housing and other welfare programs with county and statewide criminal records and terminate benefits where obedience of the law is a requirement of the benefit (e.g. HUD)

9. Prosecute all illegal alien felony crime as felonies, instead of plea bargaining to misdemeanors

8. No probation/parole for illegal aliens

7. Adopt Rule of Law Resolution, repudiate sanctuary city status

6. Enact Legal Employment and Contracting as an Ordinance without balloting

5. Regularly visit illegal alien drug sales sites

4. Stop, cite, and impound cars and trucks with only one vehicle registration
