Keep spending cuts away from the Classroom

Finding creative ways to secure funds to support budget and when cuts are necessary keeping them away from classroom and programs.
My number one priority is to keep spending cuts away from students and classrooms. Cutting non-instructional expenses, suspending all activities that are not mandated will save funds and minimize the impact on students. Suspending items such as staff development, district testing, or contracting out services can save money. Personal that were doing the work in these programs could write grants to secure funds to reinstate programs and return to smaller class sizes.
