Must require university to house their students. Bank land for affordable housing. Emergency water supplies necessary (desalinization).
Traffic Moderation
Increase efforts to support non-auto traffic. Improve bus system (metrobase needed). Improve traffic control grid.
Drug Abuse
It is time to end the war on drugs and replace it with a compassionate program of treatment and prevention
