Re-open keep the promises made
ECPAC, built in the 70s,was to be a central "draw" to the downtown area and it worked with big name acts. Many businesse were recruited with a promise of a customer base drawn by ECPAC. It is simple planning and foresight that when you have such a venue it will require subsidies,mainteneance and a new roof every 15 years or so along with the usual items required to remain state of the art. The current leadership is crying that the sky is falling for lack of funds, this is only poor planning.
