Terry commits to support education for our youth in TUSD. Terry is a staunch advocate for quality public education.

Protect the mission of public education.

Promote the belief that "Our youth are truly our future!"

Provide a great education for our young people...I believe that Educating our youth is THE most important job that we do!

Prepare our students to compete for the best colleges & universities, and to succeed in life as contributing members of society. Upon graduation, our goal is to ensure that our students are College and/or Career Ready!

Oversee building and renovations paid for by school bond funds, including essential repairs, necessary safety and security upgrades, and other vital improvements. Beneficial addition to our campuses of new elementary school science labs, middle school gymnasiums, high school auditoriums, and a district-wide aquatic center.

Ensure that all construction is done in a cost efficient, timely manner...and completed on-time and on-budget.

Prevent deterioration of improvements and renovations by setting aside a dedicated fund to provide for preservative maintenance and upkeep. Restore custodians.

Preserve the trusting relationships with school and community members based on past 23 years of work together as PTA volunteers, and maintaining a presence in and around our schools.

Pass on knowledge about our schools and district to parents, students, and community members, accounting for history + its relevance to past and future developments.

Serve as a communication pathway between community and TUSD, and TUSD and the community.
