The Common Core Standards initially came from the private industry noting that American students were falling behind in many educational standards compared to other countries and not prepared for the business workplace. Common Core is a state mandate and the Oak Park Schools were fortunate enough to anticipate this new standard by preparing their teachers and students ahead of the curve. |
