Zero districts in 2007 were listed by the state as, "May not meet its financial obligations." Last year 39% of Riverside districts were on the list.Scott is father to eight children, married 35 years, and taught 25 years - grades 1-8, administrator, and adjunct professor at National, Biola, and California Baptist. Incumbent Young has never taught in a public classroom or been a site principal. Compensating for this Young said, "I'm applying business principles to ... education." At Young's 2007 appointment, ZERO Riverside districts were listed "may not meet its financial obligations" (2nd Interim Reports). AT RISK SINCE: 43%-2010, 43%-2011, 78%-2012, & 39%-2013! Scott wrote LedgerMaster ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE, the first marketed by Moody Press of Chicago and promises, "I will reverse this disastrous slide!" |
