Make Certain You Know The Candidates for This Office
Although a rather unknown office, the Orange County Board of Education is critical to the success of the local school districts.
Are you "pro" or "anti" public education?
This race is about who will set public policy concerning public schools: those who support a strong public school system versus those who will remove dollars and programs to weaken public schools in Orange County.
O.C. high school graduation rate exceeds states' due to Liz's Leadership
More Orange County students graduated last year and fewer dropped out of school compared with the previous year, once again outperforming students statewide. Orange County public schools have the highest graduation rates of all Southern California counties, figures released this week show.
