Commitment to Voters

I am a licensed attorney with 19 years of practical legal experience. During my years in private practice, I have handled a busy caseload, advising clients on a variety of matters including condominium and homeowner association law, landlord tenant law, zoning law, small business litigation matters, construction defect disputes, collection matters, and traffic violations. I also have extensive experience handling wage and hour, discrimination and other employment issues for both employees and small employers.

Proven Community Service.

I have served my community in many capacities since I moved to the Borough of Media in 1992. I served two terms on Media Borough Council during which I made decisions for what was in the best interest of the residents and the Borough. I have served on the Boards of the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum, the School in Rose Valley, Media Arts Council, and the Media Theatre for the Performing Arts. I was a founder and remain active in the Delaware County Arts Consortium.

What I will do if Elected.

Through my legal, municipal and community service experience, I have recognized the need to listen to both sides in order to reach a fair conclusion. Should I be elected, I will bring all of my experience, education and qualifications, together with a full-time commitment to run an accessible and well-respected courtroom. I will continue the practice of providing restorative justice for first-time juvenile offenders so that they are held accountable to their communities. I will provide full, fair and impartial hearings to all who appear before the Court and I will manage the Court with efficiency and compassion.
