Background/Bio

Rosemary E. Fiumara was elected to the Garnet Valley School Board in 2009. She has been President of the School Board since December 2011. Registered Republican.

A resident of Concord Township, Rosemary moved here with her husband James and their two daughters in 1998. Both daughters are graduates of Garnet Valley.

Having received both a Masters in Organization Behavior, and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Widener University, Rosemary returns periodically to teach in the Graduate School of Management.

She held previous board leadership positions at the Darlington Arts Center in Garnet Valley, as well as her community homeowners association. She also serves as a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is a member of the St. Cornelius parish where she was actively involved in the CCD program for several years.

Qualifications Rosemary has over 25 years of experience in human resources where she held senior leadership roles in large multi-national organizations in both the public and private sector. She currently brings those organization and leadership skills to her consulting practice, helping clients to achieve effective results through developing strategies that fit the needs of the business and the organization. She continues to apply these experiences and skills in leading the current board of school directors at Garnet Valley.
