Jennifer Carter has lived in Turlock for over thirty years and is a graduate of Turlock schools. Jennifer is the Director of Administrative Services for a local Special District and has 20+ years of management, Human Resources, team building, policy interpretation/implementation, and employee development experience. She has been Board Secretary of the Pitman High School Band Boosters, PTA Member, Girl Scout Troop Leader, Board Member of Central Valley Aquatics and age group organizer for Turlock Youth Soccer Association. Her husband, Brian, is a registered home care/hospice nurse, working in our community; her daughter, Taylor is a 2012 graduate of Pitman High School and currently attending SDSU; her daughter, Morgan is a student at Pitman High School.
