The Airport is an asset to our economy and community. Significant gains have been made in managing noise, upgrading facilities, and providing benefits to all in the district. I want to carry this approach forward. Your taxes support the airport and it's important to continue to bring a full community perspective to aviation programs and policies so the widest set of needs are met. I have lived in the Truckee-Tahoe area for over a decade. My 30-year career in the high tech and non-profit sectors has given me experience in planning, fiscal management, and bringing together people of differing viewpoints. This background will allow me to effectively represent the varied airport constituencies. I support maintaining and improving airport infrastructure. Equally important is the continuing emphasis on reducing noise and managing growth. With these goals in mind, I want to assure your voice is heard as the Airport develops its upcoming Master Plan. I respectfully ask for your vote so I may carry forward progressive aviation programs and strong fiscal policies. I am committed to our airport, our community, and to listening to you.
