I'm running to keep a community voice in the Airport District. Two pilots are on the board right now and will remain on the board. Our Airport has an expert staff of 18. The district should have aviation expertise + and it does. But the airport is in a community and our community needs a strong voice on the board. Completion of the Airport Master Plan is a key issue. Our airport is an asset and the master plan determines how the airport supports the region over the next decade. My preference is for many perspectives reflected in the plan: staff, community, pilots tourism, development, education, and more. |
