Extensive experience in the planning, design and construction of a variety of water, wastewater and recycled water projects in California, Arizona and Colorado. I have served as project manager on a number of projects for public agencies such as:
- Los Angeles Department of Water and Power
- City of San Diego
- City of San Francisco
- Orange County Sanitation District
- South Orange County Wastewater Authority
- Metropolitan Water District of Southern California
- Long Beach Water Department
- City of Escondido
- Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District

In my professional career I have assisted agencies throughout California to identify and obtain outside funding through a variety of sources including: State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program, California Proposition 13 grants and Proposition 50 grants, USEPA grant programs, and US Bureau of Reclamation grant programs.
