I am Martin Milobar, and I am a registered Agricultural and Civil Engineer in this State. I received my college B.S. degrees, SLO (1968) and Fresno State University,Fresno(1978). After 2 ½ years of service in the Army, 1969 + 1971, I began my professional career in Bakersfield working in engineering designs in agriculture and for the City of Bakersfield, public works department after which I chose to return to Fresno State to acquire a Civil Engineering degree. After a 1 ½ year employment for Boyle Engineering Corp., (1978-1979), I decided to accept the position of Staff Engineer for Wheeler Ridge-Maricopa Water Storage District which I held for 5 years, (1979-1984). I then accepted the position of Assistant Manager, Buena Vista Water Storage District (April 1984), where I became Engineer Manager until my retirement, (1987-2008). I then initiated a consulting business, Martin Milobar P.E. doing certain assigned tasks for BVWSD, 2008 to present.
