Creating Good Jobs
Good jobs are a source of economic security, access to healthcare and the foundation for personal dignity. I've run a small business and created jobs in my own community. When a small business wants to open in our neighborhood, we should get the bureaucracy out of the way and help them. And the banks should help too by offering low-interest emergency loans to those who work hard to build a small business. We need to build out our transportation infrastructure by rebuilding our roads and bridges. We need to continue to upgrade our schools. And we also need to assure young people entering into the job market that they will have a prosperous future. As your Assemblymember, I will fight every day to bring jobs to our communities.
