• Building and developing strong working relationships with franchise and independent retail accounts.

• Monitor, analyze and improve account performance using website solution tools and "quickly" respond to all client requests.

• Working with all levels of key management staff to design and implement action plans for improving account performance.

• Constructing, reviewing and effectively communicating summary reports with appropriate documentation for successful goal achievement.

• Designing and implementing highly successful, custom consulting projects throughout the United States and Canada producing highly profitable results. Worked directly with CEO's, CFO's, General Managers, Service Directors and appropriate team members.

• Consulted Top 100 automobile dealerships in North America on business strategies including Variable and Fixed Operations.

• Researching and developing presentations for Ford Motor Company. While launching pilot programs to determine viability. Selecting teams to deliver those programs, and coaching colleagues on presentation delivery.

• Facilitated a nationwide workshop that focused on specific buying plans including implementation, auditing issues and new business development.

• Consulting with, and successfully affected change in the areas of productivity, sales/profits, streamlining processes, strategic planning and integrating new technologies.
