Important to have all district employees working together
It is important to have all district employees, certificated and classified working together to deliver the quality education our students deserve. In order to do this there must be a high level of trust within the district. The governing board must take the lead in insuring the trust is maintained not only during this difficult period of time, but always. In order to do this, as a board member I would meet with each group on a regular basis to solicit their input, ideas and concerns regarding the district. Working together this district can achieve the goals of a quality education for all the students.
