Who is Charlotte?

• A parent, with a 6th grader at CT English and a 3rd grader at Loma Prieta
• Loma Prieta School District Volunteer of the Year, 2009
• Current President, Loma Public Education Fund. Member of LPEF for 5 years. Began as Gala volunteer for Merchandise Solicitation; Served as Chair, Sponsorship and Endowment; Finishing 2nd term as President this year (President, LPEF for 4 years)
• Have led or been part of campaigns that have raised over $1.25 Million for the Loma Prieta School District
• Been involved in various capacities for 7 years at school. In the last 6 years, I have volunteered to help and have attended every type of function held by Loma HSC; Co-chair Gift Wrap and Fundraising activities in son's 1st grade year; Served on Jogathon Committee for 5 years.
• Was Room Mom & Classroom Volunteer for multiple years and have hands-on understanding of classroom needs
• Served on following committees at Loma Prieta School District: School Site Council; Budget Advisory Committee; Technology Committee; District Advisory Committee; KEEP Campaign (served every year since it's creation 6 years ago; Chair 3 years)
• Serving our community is a Family Affair: Husband is currently a member of the Loma Public Community Foundation Governing Board ; was on the Citizen's Oversight Committee for Measure K funds in our school district; and served an appointed partial term on the Loma School Board. Parents are mountain residents also and are involved and volunteer at Church and in the Community 
• Educational Background:  Masters in Counseling Psychology & Education,  Santa Clara University
