  • STOP all water rate increases for residents and terminate the recent increases
  • Establish a citizen "oversight committee". Residents have no representation at CVWD; all current Board Members are involved in commercial agriculture
  • Overhaul the failed water management practices that have left us dependent on imported water

I want to LOWER your water bill by rolling back the recent rate increases
It was wrong for CVWD to increase residential rates without having conducted a proper rate study. If CVWD refuses to reverse the rate increases, I plan to pursue a referendum on the ballot to have the increases repealed.
Valley residents desparately need representation at CVWD
I want to establish a citizen oversight committee at CVWD to facilitate public participation and public representation.
