In difficult budgetary times, we must utilize our limited resources effectively, focused on student learning and achievement by keeping dollars in the classroom.
Over the past 9 years our budgets have been dramatically reduced. Despite these reductions, we continue to offer a quality education to the students of Orange Unified. We have continued to maintain a positive budget certification every year, and our financial rating remains high. We have been able to accomplish this by thinking "outside the box". One example is that OUSD has the lowest ratio of Administrator to students in the County, less than 3%.
