My name is Belinda Nelson I am running for State Representative. I have lived in the Frankford community for 10 years. I have a small business people love. My main goal has always been Community Involvement. These are some of the ways that I have helped in our community:

  • involved with the Northeast town watch.

  • helped some the Bridge Street Café on Frankford Avenue get some things they needed.

  • helped the community by giving out turkeys for the holidays..

  • gotten volunteers for Christmas program at the Frankford Group ministry..

  • gotten people homes, food, jobs, clothing and furniture.

  • served as Committee Chairperson for the Frankford District for several years.

  • served as the Chairperson of the 62nd Ward for the 173rd District.

  • helped with sanitation violations

  • anchored with the churches to help the community.
