Candidate for
Board Member; South Coast Water District

I have had the honor of serving on the South Coast Water District Board of Directors since 1999 when it consolidated with the Dana Point Sanitary District Board. Prior to 1999, I served on the Dana Point Sanitary District for 18 years.

I am a licensed Civil Engineer and retired from the County of Orange with 37 years of experience. In my last assignment with the County, I served as liaison between the Federal Government, the State of California, and Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. As a civil engineer, I bring an understanding of the necessary procedures involved in taking a project from concept to completed project.
