Residents of Stanton, like any other cities, can have more pride its community. To do that, we need to make it more united. We can do this by getting both the residential and business community, as well as, various departments and organizations within Stanton involved when achieving our goals.To make Stanton more united, I intend to make the council more accessible to the residents of Stanton. I plan on having a dedicated hot-line and representative from code enforcement to address any questions or concerns Stanton residents may have. I think by doing that, residents will know that they are important to the city and that the city does care about needs. I also intend to work closely with the Chamber of Commerce and code enforcements to revive and strengthen the relationship between the city and the businesses. By showing the businesses that the city is there to support them and help in any way they can, the businesses will appreciate the city and understand that they are vital to the growth of the city. The important thing is for the city to work with as many departments and organizations as they can to achieve their goals so that everyone feels as if they are a crucial part in growing the city. |
