This current city council has behaved in a hostile way towards the business community, particularly our auto businesses.I believe in supporting our business community. This city council has behaved hostile towards the business community, particularly our auto businesses. A priority for me will be to strengthen the bond between the council and the business community. We must determine their needs to help them remain viable. A robust commercial base is a necessity for any successful city, but in return, the city must demonstrate concern and support for business. I believe Burlingame needs considerable refinement in that area. |
