Improve the decision making process

This information is provided by the candidate
Restrict the use of costly outside service to the really important issues, and not rely on them to solve the day-to-day city issues.
I would work with the city council to reach decisive and sound decisions without resorting to costly outside studies. The current city council has not demonstrated a cohesive, strong business sense in their deliberations. In most cases they have spent too much time and money in contracting studies in order to make a decision.
