IMMIGRATION REFORM IS KEYIMMIGRATION A Congressman Evans believes that a primary attribute of sovereignty is reflected in the ability of a nation to control its borders. Article 1, Sec. 8 of the United States Constitution places this responsibility on the Congress. It is therefore imperative that the Congress fully fund the 50,000 additional border patrol officers, Right Now. I would offer Parole to Border Patrol Service to Select Offenders In order to de-magnetize the attraction of unlawful employment, it is necessary to enforce employer sanctions. 5 Year Jail Term for Each Count This will require the use of a tamper proof form of identification, National ID Card. Any temporary worker program for agriculture must in fact be for jobs which are in fact temporary and not a disguised amnesty. Suspend 1-B Employment Visa Program for 10 Years Deport all Criminal Border Jumpers |
