I hold no one, short of my father, in higher regard than John Rajcic. Better known to me as Papa, he has been instrumental in my development and success. He has been a role model in my life and a rock for me to build on. He has been an inspiration to me as well as countless others. I recently went to a Kawai corporate party with him and was moved by the number of people who made a special effort to shake his hand and introduce themselves to me. He was like a celebrity at this event and he hadn't worked there in well over 10 years. Countless people made a special effort to tell me my grandfather was the reason they are as successful as they are today, the reason their children went to college, and that he was the man who picked them up and gave them another chance. Everyone felt the need to inform me just how special of a man he was, something I have known for a long time. He focuses his life efforts on the people that surround him; whether it is people at work, his family, or his friends. He is a real giver and gets the most satisfaction when he is helping those he cares about. He is a born leader and although he may seem rough around the edges, he has a heart of gold and a NEVER ending will.
