Full time teachers vs. adjuncts

The ratio of full to part-time teachers at both colleges is much too high.
Full time instructors have offices and office hours to meet with students one-on-one. Part-time teachers, or adjunct instructors, share office space. Adjuncts, although competent and caring, cannot provide the services or time required by students that full-time instructors can.
