The teachers are the most vital aspect of our kids' education. We cannot drive them away.
I believe that teachers are the heart of a good education and they must be treated by the District as the professionals they are. Employee compensation policies and practices, within the District's budget, must reflect this self-evident truth: without highly competent teachers, the District's mission to provide top-notch education cannot be accomplished.
