I came to Mendota when I was 3 years old. I attended Mendota Elementary School. I graduated from Mendota Junior High. I attended Tranquillity Union High School. I received a High School Diploma there. I went to Fresno City College fo further my education. Later I attended California State University where I received a B.S. Degree in Child Development and a California Standard Elementary Teaching Credential. I have been a teacher for 30 years. I have been a substitute teacher for the Mendota Unified School District, Golden Plains Unified School District, Firebaugh Unified School District, and Dos Palos, OroLoma Unified School District. I have worked with children grades K - 12. I taught Adult Ed for the Mendota School District for 18 years. I am very qualified to be a Board Member for the Mendota Unified School District.
