Ohlone College serves the Fremont, Newark and Union City Communities, encompassing thousands of students who can select Ohlone College as their initial path into higher education. To ensure that Ohlone is selected, I will:
- Increase Ohlone's visibility at the local High Schools
- Encourage Students to take advantage of the College
courses available to them while in High School
- Work with High School Counselors to identify the
appropriate educational path for students to transfer
into college
- Introduce and/or support programs that ensure Ohlone
College remains an accessible and affordable asset to
all students in the community.
