I will keep Culver City's BUDGET BALANCED. I will work tirelessly to PRESERVE and ENHANCE the QUALITY OF LIFE in Culver City. By FINDING NEW and DIVERSE sources of revenue and keeping a TIGHTER CONTROL on unnecessary spending.
I will keep our PARKS GREEN and our PLAYGROUND SAFE AND SECURE. I will keep our NEIGHBORHOODS CLEAN, SAFE and SECURE. CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE and I pledge to keep Culver City a safe and secure place to raise a family, walk the dog, maintain a home and build a business. I will work with the Culver City BOARD OF EDUCATION to develop a STRONG PARTERSHIP that will have open LINES OF COMMUNICATION between our city and our schools to keep EDUCATION STANDARDS HIGH for Culver City residents. I will work to enhance our top-rated schools by providing capital improvement resources from the Culver City REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY to our SCHOOLS. I will be guided by my PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE in running a small business and knowing what it means to meet a payroll. The key to my highly successful business is an expanding customer base supported and enhanced by keeping my employees motivated and happy. This is the COMMON SENSE KNOWLEDGE and FAITHFUL COMMITMENT to SOUND BUSINESS PRINCIPALS that I will take with me to City Council. As your City Council Member, I will strive to continue BALANCED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT in the Culver City business community to attract more customers, while still MAINTAINING the CHARACTER and QUALITY OF LIFE in our tree-lined neighborhoods.
