Joe knows the challenges we all face to earn a living and support a growing family. For the better part of a decade, Joe has dedicated his time being an advocate for enhancing the quality of life in Santa Barbara County. As the Executive Director of the Santa Barbara County Taxpayers Association and the Santa Barbara County Industrial Association, Joe's been a tireless advocate for responsible and fiscally sound government.
