Reduction of teacher to student ratio is accomplished through motivating more teachers to want to work in Natomas.The only way to reduce the student to teacher ratio is to increase the number of teachers. In order to hire more teachers we must establish a package that will draw teachers to this district. This would include salary structure and benefits. I would want a comprehensive review of the budget and its allocation to attempt to build this package and to assure that teacher attrition is drastically reduced. |
