Besides the qualifications gained from experience there are other considerations for Brea's Treasurer. Those are trustworthiness and committment to public service.
To perform these duties well, the Treasurer must be trustworthy and committed to serve the public. The Treasurer needs to be independent and exercise responsible judgment solely on behalf of Brea's citizens. This is my first election. I have nothing to prove and no thirst for power. I am not tied to any group with a political agenda. Working with city officials and staff, I will be your vigilant representative in Brea's fiscal matters. That's all!
