Why I Am Running

I am running because public service has been a part of my entire life. My grandfather started me teaching swimming for the Red Cross when I was twelve years old. I served three decades in the US Navy. For the quarter century we have lived in Brea I have served as a leader on the planning commission, the chamber of commerce and in many other community activities.

I am running because I know I am qualified, trustworthy and confident I can do a good job for Brea.

I am running because I found my grandfather was right. I gain a sense of satisfaction and richness in my life when I know I am contributing.
