Having been raised in Santa Ana, Claudia graduated from our local public schools: Fremont Elementary, Spurgeon Jr. High School and Santiago High School. Claudia's strong family values and her commitment to best serve our community led her to pursue a higher education. She received her B.A. from CSUF and her doctorate from Layola Law School. Most recently Claudia completed the Harvard University JFK School Of Government program for Senior Executives
