I am part of a fifth generation Monterey family. I was born and raised here, and educated through the Montery school systems. In 1967 I opened a business in the Russell Service Center in unicorporated Pacific Grove. By 1971 I was relocated at 270 Cannery Row as Olivercycle. With developement of the mid-eighties, I had to move from that location. Monterey Moped / OLIVERCYCLE SON AND DAUGHTER operated until this year at 1250 Del Monte Avenue in Monterey. It was the oldest independently owned cycle business in the area.

As a result of my business operations and education by the City of Monterey over a period of 38 years, I know I am qualified to look at City failed politics and ask:

1. Where is the water? POLITICS
2. What happened to our schools? POLITICS
3. How do we afford to live? POLITICS
4. What affordable housing? (??) POLITICS
5. Why so many fines? (???) POLITICS
6. Why would anyone "in their right mind" accuse me of stealing my own motorized Cobra scooter?
