As an accountant who lives and works in Carpinteria and has specialized in helping small businesses for over 20 years, I`m skilled in dealing with complex issues and I understand the need for careful planning to get the most bang for the buck. I have reviewed the last 14 years of Carpinteria City budgets and I will make sure that our tax money (current budget $9,689,997) is spent wisely.

We need to move forward with solutions for:

WORKFORCE HOUSING

TRANSPORTATION

PUBLIC SAFETY

EDUCATION

CLEAN CREEKS & BEACHES

We must reform our local land use policies, form strategic partnerships with school districts, and build a bridge to statewide transportation agencies to bring about the funding needed for WIDENING HIGHWAY 101 and creating a modernized circulation element to reduce citywide congestion.
