Teachers used to be known for comprehensive teaching, now they are resposible for students comprehensive learningEverything the governing board does--its fundamental effectiveness is in providing a quality education program for the District -- hinges on the development of a common vision. I have a clear vision of how to adopt a budget, curriculum and policy in order for the Board to hold the system accountable. Setting direction for the District means identifying core beliefs and values; district priorities, specific strategic goals and success indicators. Educating a student to complete a specific task is highly important for their success. Teachers can teach and some of the students may get it, and some may not; that is no longer the case, teaching the task effectively will assure that all students understand what is being taught. This will successfully launch them to the next task with a knowledgable background of what was previously learned. The way to acheive this is by maintaing the following:
