- Candidate Statement
-
This is my written candidate statement, as it appears on the sample ballot,
that was submitted at the time of filing to run for the City Council on
August 10, 2001. It indicates my position on several key issues, and could
not be altered or changed through the course of campaigning. In other
words, it could not be modified in an effort to "get votes" by virtue of
changing positions.
- Position On Endorsements

This is a copy of an e-mail sent to Marianne Ratcliff, the Assistant
Opinion Page Editor of the Star Free Press, following the scheduled
"candidate meeting" with the Editorial Board of the paper. I think it speaks
for itself, and is not intended to imply that the Star offered an
endorsement of any kind.
