  • DENSITY: Include mixed-use housing/business in core Downtown area while preserving our suburban neighborhoods. Working regionally on growth.
  • CONSERVATION: Watch over Measure B clean creeks money. Work with community on coastal issues. Maintain Measure E growth limits.
