Mr. Converse served as Superintendent of the largest irrigation company in Colorado, serving 95,000 acres and supplying approximately 250,000 acre feet of irrigation water annually.

Mr. Converse served as Manager and as the sole staff engineer for the District, responsible for the collecting, transmission, storing and distribution of both irrigation and potable water to the Lewiston Orchards area of the City of Lewiston, Idaho.
