Genetically Engineered Foods

By Constance Betton

Candidate for United States Representative; District 45

This information is provided by the candidate
Awareness of a correct way to eat is the first step to being healthy. When foods are grown or processed with any alteration to its normal natural state, there should be a MANDATORY labeling required, for the consumers awareness.
The Natural Law Party has worked diligently to regulate Genetically Engineered Foods for the safety of our Country and the World. With this persistence and determination to require mandatory labeling some progress has been made. However, more is needed to safeguard against the serious concerns and mistreatment of wholsome natural energy foods. After foods are Genetically Engineered tests have indicate an overwhelming decline in the nutritional food values.

Awareness is necessary to protect everyone. Many people are unaware they are eating Genetically Engineered foods.
