The high cost of infrastructure requires careful, long-term analysis and a 'system' approach to developing funding sources and reducing cost to minimize water rate impacts.
Emergency Storage Project
The first dam construction in San Diego County in 40 years will provide Olivenhain Municipal Water District customers with an emergency source of water for catrosphic and drought protection.
New Sources of Water
Olivenhain Municipal Water District will always have to buy its water but the future may have more choices.
