To Tighten the Security of Classified Military and High Tech Secrets and to get to the Bottom of the Cox Report

By Tony (Anthony) Ma

Candidate for United States Representative; District 41

This information is provided by the candidate
The Cox Report unfairly put many citizens, especially Chinese-Americans, under suspicion as spies of the People's Republic of China without any proof. Since Wen Ho Lee, of Chinese origin, was the only scientist of the Los Alamos Laboratory to be indicted and jailed, the Asian community protested vehemently that he was made the scapegoat of governmental bureaucracy and the victim of politicians and racist. The Cox Committee Report: An Assessment , published by Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation, made many charges against The Cox Report. For the sake of fairness and public trust, the Cox Committee should follow up with another report to separate the actual guilty ones, who should be penalized, from the truly innocent ones, who should be set free from suspicion.
