  • Reduce Principal/Teacher turnover rates which creates an unstable learning environment for our children, and increases teacher costs
  • Increase educational funding to classrooms, reduce bloated administrative overhead and direct HSF funding directly to classroom activities
  • Recreate an incredible learning experience for our children lost over the last 5 years from high turnover and lack of administrative oversight
